Today, only 26 women are in CEO roles at Fortune 500 company, making up 5.2% of the population (Pew Research). While women are still pushing for high-ranking positions, they are faced with a range of unique challenges, from maintaining work-life balance, family wellness, tackling with mobility, to overcoming gender inequality in the workforce.
As the world heads toward International Women's Day, FranklinCovey Singapore hopes to bring together a sharing session of diverse topics on Women Success in the Workplace, Girls in Tech, and Balance for Better to educate, inspire and encourage women’s opportunities for leadership and increasing their visibility in the community.
