Overview

Ever recalled a time that someone gave you useful feedback and it triggered you to make a change for the better? What was it about that feedback that made you want to change? Or was there a feedback that you gave that made the other party defensive?

This workshop is based on the DICE feedback model developed by Daniel Yeo. You will learn, apply and practice questioning techniques as used in executive coaching to enable your subordinates to see how their actions or inaction impact teams and customers. This can help pave the way for leaders to explore alternate useful behaviours for their subordinates.

Learning Outcome

At the end of this workshop, participants will:

  1. Have a clear understanding of the underpinning concept behind the DICE feedback model.
  2. Understand the dynamic in offering feedback.
  3. Learn to successfully initiate and complete a successful feedback using the DICE feedback model.

About The Speaker

Daniel has twenty years of working experience in the Medical Technology industry in the Asia Pacific region. His extensive experience collaborating with people and senior managers in a highly complex and culturally diverse business environment provided him the cornerstone of his current role as the Head of Organizational Development of a Multi-National Company in Singapore. He is passionate about enabling individuals and organizations to become more collaborative, productive, profitable and also happier. He is an advocate that happiness drives personal and organizational goals.

Daniel is a certified executive coach and a member of the International Coach Federation. He specializes in leadership transformational coaching and mentoring for young adults, managers and senior directors from commercial and Non-for-Profit organizations in Singapore and overseas. He is also a registered Ministry of Education trainer and has attained the Adult Education Professionalisation (AEP) title with IAL.
