Let’s Walk, Singapore (FREE 3KM WALK @ YISHUN PARK)

Our friendly Sunnystep staff will greet you at Yishun Park (entrance near SAFRA Yishun Country Club)! Before the walk commences, there will be a simple warm up stretch routine. We will also stop for toilet breaks and water breaks in between, and the walk will end off with a cooling stretch routine!

Time: 9 - 11am

Attire: Comfortable exercise wear

All attendees will also receive a Sunnystep voucher!

All attendees are also advised to bring an umbrella/caps to shade yourself from the sun or in case of wet weather, and water to hydrate during the walk.

ROUGH ITINERARY:

09:00 - 09:05: Introduction + Distribution of vouchers (no registration required)

09:05 - 09:15: Warm up exercise

09:15 - 09:50: Walk

09:50 - 09:55: Water/ toilet break

09:55 - 10:25: Walk

10:25 - 10:30: Water/ Toilet break

10:30 - 10:50: Walk

10:50 - 11:00: Cool down stretch
