Speaker
With over 20 years of experience, Karamjit Singh is a veteran property consultant. He was formerly the head of Investment Sales and Residential at JLL Singapore and Managing Director of Credo Real Estate, Singapore's top en bloc sale consultancy. While he remains a Senior Consultant with JLL Singapore, he has ventured into the proptech scene with Showsuite which he has co-founded with two others. Showsuite is a multi-platform portal that has been identified as one of the progressive initiatives to enter the property industry, specifically enhancing how new homes are presented, marketed and sold. Amongst major developers who have showcased their projects on Showsuite are GuocoLand, UOL Ltd, Bukit Sembawang, CEL Developments, MCC Land, Roxy-Pacific Holdings. Karamjit and his team at Showsuite - Alfaseeh Maricar and Suresh Superamaniam - will be presenting this current topic.
