About the Programme
As we age, we experience a number of major life changes. The way we manage these changes can not only allow us to grow, but is also the key to staying healthy. Join us for this talk as we discuss the 3 broad aspects of ageing (physical, mental, and emotional). By gaining a better understanding of what to expect and equipping ourselves to adapt to these changes, we will be able to age gracefully and live our lives to the fullest.
