About the Programme
There are many types of diabetes, each with its unique characteristics. While they can be overwhelming at times, there are ways to address them and continue to lead a happy and healthy life. Join family physician Dr Ian Phoon and physiotherapist Mr Marvin Cheng as they share the types of diabetes and ways to manage diabetes holistically through our diet, lifestyle, and exercise. By giving some extra care to our bodies, we can effectively manage diabetes and live life to the fullest.
