Boot Camp Training is a type of group workout program designed to build strength and improve overall fitness through a variety of intense group high intensity interval exercises over a 1-hour period. The training program is modelled after a wide range of exercises ranging from bodyweight calisthenics such as push-ups and sit-ups as done in the uniform group to agility and flexibility drills from athletics and martial arts training; all performed with gradual intensity with the emphasis on progress and safety.
