Your ticket is available in your Eventbrite account. Log in using the email used for registration and go to Tickets. If you can't find it, ensure you're using the correct email address and that there are no typos during registration.

I can’t make it to the class I registered for; can I change to a different class?

Tickets cannot be changed to a different class. To attend another session, please cancel your existing ticket and register for the new class separately. To cancel, log in to your Eventbrite account, go to Tickets, select your order, and click Cancel Order.

What is the ticket refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event. Where a refund is applicable, only the base ticket price will be refunded. Eventbrite processing and service fees are non-refundable.

It is not possible to transfer a ticket from one account to another. Instead, you can edit your order information to put the ticket under someone else's name and email address. The new attendee will receive an email prompting them to claim the ticket.

Log in to your Eventbrite account, go to Tickets, select your order, and click Edit. Please note that only the original ticket purchaser can make changes. If you're unable to update your order, Contact the Organiser for assistance.

Where's the nearest parking if I am driving?

Design Orchard itself does not have a public car park, but there are several convenient and nearby parking options around the junction such as The Heeren (1min walk), The Centrepoint (2min walk), Midpoint Orchard (2min walk) and Orchard Gateway/ 313 @ Somerset (3min walk).

No, lululemon products will not be available for purchase at the event. You can shop the full collection at the existing lululemon stores.

Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the start of the class so we can assist with your check-in and get ready for the session.

There will be a 5-minute grace period after the scheduled start time. After this window, your entry will be subject to approval.

Bring along a bottle of water, a towel, and come dressed in your best lululemon gear! Equipment will be provided for the class. Sneakers or training shoes are required for train classes.

Are there lockers or storage areas available?

Please bring only essentials, as we only have small lockers. Lockers are for pre-class use only, and all items must be removed right after your class.

Toilets are available around the corner from the event venue, but there are no shower facilities available.
