• What we'll do

Gunung Yong Belar (2181m) is a mountain on the border of Kelantan and Perak in the Titiwangsa Mountains of Malaysia.

For those who are joining, you need to have good stamina and endurance to last the long hours of walking and some climbing.
* This hike is not suitable for beginners/ First-timers!

Proposed Itinerary:

20th April 2018

9.15pm Depart Marsiling MRT


21st April 2018

12.30am Supper Stop
6am arrive trail head, start hike
1pm summit, Lunch break
7pm reach base, depart for dinner (own cost)
11pm check in Vivatel Hotel (or silimar) (twin-sharing)


22nd April 2018

8am Breakfast in hotel (included)
1pm Check out, depart for Singapore

7pm Drop off Marsiling MRT

There are 12 mountains above 7,000 feet in Malaysia, and the 7 in Peninsular Malaysia are known as the G7. Most of G7 (except Gunung Tahan, Gunung Chamah, and Gunung Ulu Sepat) is in Titiwangsa range.

The Titiwangsa range (also known as Banjaran Besar, or Banjaran Titiwangsa) are the mountain range that forms the backbone of the Malaysia Peninsular. The range act as a natural divider, dividing Peninsular Malaysia into east and west coast region, length of mountain ranging about 480km from north to south. Below list is G1 to G7 follow by their respective height.
