The combination of mindfulness, breathing techniques and gentle movement can help to cleanse, strengthen and circulate your life energy, leading to better health, vitality and a tranquil state of mind, not affected by anything.

ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Yong Zhen and I have been a passionate practitioner of my mind and body movement for almost 30 years. In particular, I have devoted countless hours to the practice of wise attention and the discovery of one’s mind.

My interest in this area began in the late 1990s when I owned and operated a chain of restaurants. Having to manage a large number of employees was extremely challenging and I found myself constantly under tormented stress.

I desperately needed a solution for dealing with the different personalities and their individual problems. Eventually, the answer came the day a friend said to me “Know your mind, know others.” - meaning that by understanding how my mind worked, I would be better able to appreciate human nature and how to deal with my employees. This helped me to solve many employee problems and retain more staff.

Seeing the benefits of wise attention, I continued developing my practice and was able to free myself of worries and focus on the things that mattered.
