About the Speaker


Daniel Yeo (Mr)

Mind-set shift Strategist


Daniel has over twenty years of working experience in the Medical Technology industry in Asia Pacific and Europe. His extensive experience collaborating with people and senior managers in a highly complex and culturally diverse business environment provided him the cornerstone of his current role as the Head of Organizational Development of a Multi-National Company in Singapore. He is passionate about enabling individuals and organizations to become more collaborative, productive, profitable and also happier. He is an advocate that happiness drive personal and organizational goals.

Trained by University of Oxford, Oxford Mindfulness Centre as a facilitator of Mindfulness program, Daniel is also an Associate Certified Coach (International Coach Federation). He currently serve as the Deputy Chair of Public Relation at the Asia Pacific Alliances of Coaches. Daniel specializes in Mindfulness leadership transformational coaching, mentoring and leadership workshops for young adults, managers and C-suites executives. He has more than 20 years of experience in mindfulness practice and has been using it to enable individuals and leaders in organizations engage team and drive organizational performances.

Daniel volunteer as a leadership development assessor and executive coach with the National Volunteer Philanthropy Center. He is also a speaker at the Institute of Adult Learning and a registered facilitator with Singapore Ministry of Education.
