Engage in bite-sized mindfulness practices as we take a peek into the 8-weeks Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program at this free preview session on 29 Oct 2017, 11am–12pm. Get a preview to the research-based Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program, and cover the background, development, applications and research of mindfulness, as well as the many ways that mindfulness helps improve our well-being.
