About this Event

Mindfulness Based Therapy for Insomnia (MBTI) Program was developed at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine from a variety of resources and teachings in sleep medicine and psychological science. The mindfulness practices are based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) and the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression Program (MBCT). What are the expected outcomes?
