INTERMEDIATE MINDFULNESS COURSE builds on the foundational attitudes in the Mindfulness Course. It is more experiential and exploratory to understand the triggers of stress and the unpleasantness in life that we experience.
The course emphasises on the development of self compassion, gratitude and forgiveness.
Each session is 2 hours comprising of techniques, practice, group reflection and discussion.
This course is conducted by Angie Chew, Founder of Brahm Centre.
