INTERMEDIATE MINDFULNESS COURSE
This is an experiential learning course offering longer formal mindfulness practices, building on the foundational attitudes, understanding and applying relief pathways. You will go home feeling lighter and more empowered!
The curriculum will include mindful communications, letting go and forgiveness.
Each session is 2 hours comprising of techniques, practice, group reflection and discussion.
This course is conducted by Angie Chew, Founder of Brahm Centre.
