Mindfulness is a valuable tool for children to develop strong mental resilience and emotional awareness. Scientific research shows that regular mindfulness practice can help children by relieving stress, anxiety, and improve their academic performance and social relationships. It also builds their capacity to experience positive emotions.

The art of Mindfulness is about being in the present, relaxed and focus in the moment. It cultivates awareness of their thoughts and feelings without judgment. Each mindfulness session is created with different activities such as storytelling, arts or games to encourage them to express themselves authentically, whilst learning this vital skill.
