About this event

We explore how mindfulness strengthens the ability to self-regulate, increase self-compassion, and respond more helpfully to distress—stress, burnout, depression, and anxiety. Includes two mindfulness practices. This is also a preview of the 8-Week Mindfulness For Life (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, MBCT - Life) program held in Sep-Oct 2022, and to answer any questions you may have about meditation and mindfulness interventions for different conditions such as trauma.

About the facilitator - Noelle Lim

She attended the teacher training in MBCT-L and MBCT-D at Oxford Mindfulness Centre (OMC), Oxford University, and is in Step 2 of her training, supervised according to UK’s Mindfulness-Based Interventions: Teaching Assessment Criteria. She has run nine 8-Week MBCT programs.
