Mindfulness @ Singapore Botanic Gardens - Oct 7 (Sun) - FREE

Rise and Shine with a good mindful stretch and body-scan mindfulness practice to relax the body and mind.

Body-scan mindfulness practice is an evidence-based practice that helps to reduce the stress in the body and mind. It also helps with the management of pain and hypertension.

You're invited to attend this FREE mindfulness session at the Singapore Botanic Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.


Date: Oct 7 (Sun)
Time: 8am-10am
Place: Eco-Lake Lawn, along Eco Garden Way.
FREE Gift: choice of picnic mats, caps or carry bags for the first 200 registered attendees. Limited to one picnic mat per family.

What to Bring:
A bottle of water, a yoga mat or towel to place on the ground for the stretching and mindfulness practice.
