Being a boss at home and at work can be undeniably challenging. This Mother's Day, we want to take the opportunity to celebrate the incredible, hardworking and selfless mothers around us.
We invite you to join us for a beautifully enriching morning of yoga, parenting tips and delectable treats. This special session is a great way to meet other working mums, and find meaningful connection through the shared joy of motherhood.
Our Mums and Bubs Yoga class will focus on healing and strengthening the body post-partum, while introducing a special mother and child bond. This class is suitable for babies (0-12 months old), however you are welcome to attend without your baby if you prefer.
After, take a deep dive into the fascinating Montessori philosophy that aims to equip you with 8 simple, yet effective tools to raise happy, independent and confident children (0-6 years old). This workshop by The Bright Life will empower you with the knowledge to:
- create a nurturing environment for your child's optimal development
- inspire and build their mastery of skills
- introduce the concept of independence, empathy, and respect to your children
- effectively manage tantrums
- gain greater confidence in your parenting style

This event will be held both virtually and in-person at csuites.
For our virtual attendees: Please book our Virtual Ticket at check-out, so that a video link can be sent to you prior to the event.
For our in-person attendees: 1 General Ticket admits entry for 1 mother + 1 baby. As our tickets are limited, we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your seat. In the event that you are unable to turn up, do let us know at least 48 hours prior so that we can pass on your seat to another mum : )
Yoga mats will be provided.
