Description

Synopsis:

This workshop includes three hands on scenarios highlighting where a pharmacist makes a difference in the health system and includes managing allergic reactions to medicines, advising people on how to use medicines and how best to administer medicines. Participants get to learn how to use an adrenaline autoinjector, metered dose inhaler and how to counsel a person on sensitive issues. In short, this highlight the important roles pharmacists play in clinical practice including primary care.
