This 8 hour programme is designed to be fast paced and practical.
This interactive workshop will be conducted with a good blend of instruction, discussions and brainstorming exercises. Participants are encouraged to bring their goals, and problems to the class for discussions and ideas generation.
Experiential Learning via Scenario Enactments will be used to reinforce learning through practice. Participants will be able to roleplay real life situations to better understand effective networking techniques.
This programme is designed to help participants understand the benefits of networking and how to leverage networking for career progression and build their social capital.
Participants will be given the knowledge and tools they will need to research, approach and build existing and potential connections.
Those attending will leave with a much greater understanding of the benefits of networking and will be equipped with a range of tools and techniques they can use to create a personal brand and expand their professional network.
