This time, Shirley has sprung up the recipe for an ever popular and well-loved oriental dessert in Singapore, Hainanese Yi Bua, to share with our students.

Yi Bua, is a traditional Hainanese kueh. It is a steamed dumpling made to give away during a wedding and a baby’s full moon celebration by Hainanese.
