Based on a study referenced in a recent Financial Times article, less than 1/3 of family businesses survive into the 2nd generation; 12% make it to the third, and 3% into the fourth generation.
While the statistics should sober us, success is always individual.
Tsun-yan and Huijin of LinHart group will share the principles of how to develop the next generation of family business owners to maximize chances of sustaining the business and family, drawing on their work with billionaire families across the world over the last 30 years.
There will be a Q&A and discussion time on the challenges you experience in the above, so please come with questions and reflections. The event will be held in-person on May 19, 2022 from 4:30 to 6:00 PM.
