Yoga can help us nurture our body, mind and spirit. Meditation draws our attention inwards to the state of our breath and our emotional landscape. We can benefit from the tools of yoga and meditation to help us find not only openness in our physical body, but also an abiding sense of calm, clarity, spaciousness and compassion in our lives.

In this unique 2-part workshop, Jian Yuan will begin with a luxurious yin-yang sequence featuring somatically easeful movements and mindful transitions, designed to heighten one’s awareness of the physical body and the breath, and cultivate ease in the body.

The workshop will continue with a guided mindfulness meditation and inquiry session by meditation facilitator, Loh Wei, that brings our awareness deep within, allowing us to embrace the experience of peace and quiet, and the opportunity to bring loving attention with kindness to ourselves.

Come dressed warmly, to stretch and to rest in meditation.
