We live in a busy world where stress, fear, panic, worry and anxiety are commonplace. Research tells us that yoga and meditation can calm the nervous system, reduce stress and tension, and nurture one’s body, mind and spirit.

Join Jian Yuan from The Yoga School, to use your body and breath to shift your emotional state, heal yourself and live a calm, contented life. The practice will conclude with a meditation session which will be guided by a guest meditation facilitator, Loh Wei.

In this 3-hour workshop, you will practise:

  • Identifying feelings
  • Centering practices, including breath work to quieten the mind
  • Guided, mindful movement to release tension
  • Relaxing restorative postures
  • Guided relaxation and meditation

This workshop welcomes everyone so gift yourself and your loved ones serenity, peace, and healing in our sanctuary in the sky!
