About this event
To share the opportunities available in traditional businesses & SMEs in the digital age (logistics, e-Commerce, digital marketing, etc.). Kay Sen will share his experience in business flow optimization for logistics, sales & marketing, and manufacturing. He will also share the methods utilized to digitize or upgrade your business. The main objectives of this session are to know the challenges and pitfalls for businesses to grow and elevate themselves continuously and how aspiring Entrepreneurs and traditional companies to grow & upgrade themselves constantly.
About the speaker:
Kay Sen graduated from the University of Western Australia and majored in Mechanical Engineering. He worked as an intern at Intel as an assembly test Engineer. Then he furthers his career in his family business, Lion file Marketing Sdn Bhd. He was part of the production management for five years and implemented the ERP for the company for the next five years.
After implementing ERP successfully, he decided to venture into his startup, a web-based less-than-truckload logistics aggregator for businesses delivering across Malaysia and Singapore. He started Spots Logistics in 2019, receiving his first order in May 2020. Since then, he has been making the logistics sector SEXY.
