Constant change is the new norm. Thanks to the internet which facilitates global collaboration 24/7, work that was once performed by individuals is now being tasked to teams. The increase in numbers of knowledge workers who must share information, insights, learning and best practices in order for companies to succeed, further stresses communication channels.

So how can organisations create a work environment that supports complex human interactions, embraces conflict, retains valuable knowledge workers and change at the speed of light while remaining profitable and productive?

With a modern systems thinking approach through ORS@Work, we introduce the power of normalising the challenges at work and life and shift the conversation from the need to find the root cause of the individual/event; to what is trying and needed to happen.

The impact? Neutralising judgements into raw data and skilfully tuning in into the voices of the system to gather collective wisdom for what is emerging. Hence, being more agile to answer to the demands of the VUCA and fast paced environment.

This foundational course focus on being in conscious, intentional “Right Relationship” with self, others and the systems (relationship dynamics) we are a part of to inform our behaviours, choices and decisions daily.
