Join us for an insightful event where we'll explore the considerations involved in incorporating your groundup group. From registered societies to companies limited by guarantee, we'll discuss the pros and cons of each option for those thinking of taking your groundup to its next phase.

Gain practical insights & support! Hear from the experiences of other OSCAR Friends such as Impart Ltd, a groundup group that has gone through the journey of incorporating as a charity. Discover the customised support available through Pro Bono SG, including legal clinics and other resources to propel your initiative forward.
