Otah has invited you over to hang out at his house! But it wouldn’t be fun if you just came to visit… he wants to play hide-and-seek! Find Otah before the cookies finish baking in 15 minutes!

TICKET INFO

• Each ticket admits one person only.

• To adhere to social distancing, each time slot is limited to a maximum of 5 people.

• Children aged 12 and below have to be supervised by parents at all times.

• If you miss your time slot, your ticket is no longer valid.

• If you are late for your time slot, additional time will not be given.

• You are strongly advised to arrive 10 minutes before your time slot.

• Please note that you may be joined by another party if you did not book for a private session of 5 pax.

• Infants and children require a ticket.

CAN MY QR CODE BE SCANNED TWICE?

QR codes can only be scanned once! Please keep your own QR code safe to yourself.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE?

Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

WHAT IF I COME LATER THAN MY TIME SLOT?

No additional time will be given if you arrive later than your selected time slot. You are advised to come 10 minutes before your scheduled slot.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE COUNTER?

You are strongly advised to purchase your tickets through our Eventbrite page to secure your preferred time slot. However, walk-ins are still allowed!

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?

You are not required to print your ticket. Kindly present your Eventbrite ticket sent to your email when you arrive.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY BOOKING?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to change your booking once you have made a purchase.

We will also not be able to refund your ticket if you have made a cancellation.

DOES MY CHILD REQUIRE A TICKET?

Yes, all infants and children require a ticket.

WHAT IS OTAH & FRIENDS ABOUT?

The first-ever light-hearted, story-based experience in Singapore, Otah & Friends combines the nostalgic fun of playing hide-and-seek as a child, with the instagrammability of The Bubble Tea Factory! An episodic adventure like no other, each volume of Otah & Friends will only last for two to three months at a time.

WHAT DOES THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDE?

You’ll have 15 minutes to find Otah inside his whimsically decorated home. The home includes a living room, kitchen and a giant tree, filled with cute, interactive props and clues. After you’ve found him, Otah will reward you with lemonade and cookies in his backyard!

WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE?

Do come in covered shoes and socks to participate in the experience!

WILL ANOTHER PARTY JOIN THE SESSION?

You may be joined by another party if you have not booked a full session of 5 pax.

WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE IF I DO NOT WISH FOR ANOTHER PARTY JOIN THE SESSION?

You may choose to book a private session at the price of 5 pax.

WHAT DOES EACH TICKET GET ME?

Each ticket allows a single entry to Otah’s house, as well as some snacks to end off the experience!

HOW LONG WILL MY EXPERIENCE TAKE?

Your experience will take approximately 45 minutes. This includes a 15min pre-show, 15 min hide-and-seek game, and 15min backyard picnic.

IS THIS AN ESCAPE ROOM?

Nope! We are a light-hearted, story-based game experience. Our game structure is similar to an escape room in that you have a set time to find Otah. However, you’re not locked in Otah’s house and your goal is not to escape. Folks who don’t like the horror and intensity normally associated with escape rooms will probably enjoy this!

IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?

Yes! You are free to take as many photos as you like.

CAN I POST ALL MY PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

You are free to post as many photos as you like, but please avoid spoiling the fun for others as to where Otah is hiding.

ARE THERE ANY STORAGE SPACES AVAILABLE?

There will not be any storage facilities available at the venue. For safety concerns, we regret that we may refuse entry to any persons carrying bags larger than a regular backpack.

CAN I BRING A STROLLER?

We are not able to accommodate any strollers at the venue. If you wish, there is some free space outside the venue where you can leave your strollers. However, the Company, Management and Gardens by the Bay will not be responsible for any loss or damages.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

Children aged 12 and below have to be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY BELONGINGS?

Kindly contact us and specify the belongings that you have misplaced for our management to find it more efficiently. However, as sessions are running consecutively, we regret to inform you that you may only obtain your belongings at the end of our operating hours.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Pets are not allowed at the venue.

ARE THERE RESTROOMS AT THE VENUE?

Restrooms are located right beside the main entrance of the venue.

WHAT IS YOUR MERCH STORE RETURN POLICY?

Merchandise store products sold are non-refundable.

HOW DO I GET HERE BY MRT?

You may take the train and alight at Bayfront MRT (CE1/DT16). Take Exit B and follow the underground linkway. Exit and turn right. Walk straight (past the Floral Fantasy ticketing counter) to reach our venue.

HOW DO I GET HERE BY BUS?

You may take a bus and alight at Bayfront Stn Exit B (03509) or Aft Bayfront Stn Exit E (03511). Then, proceed to the MRT underpass and take Exit B. Follow the underground linkway. Walk straight (past the Floral Fantasy ticketing counter) to reach our venue.

HOW DO I GET HERE BY TAXI/PRIVATE HIRE?

The nearest drop off point is at Bayfront Plaza (enter via Marina Boulevard). Once you alight at Drop off A, follow the signs to Floral Fantasy. Continue heading straight and walk past Floral Fantasy before turning right to its ticketing counter. Walk straight (past the ticketing counter) to reach our venue.

WHERE CAN I PARK MY VEHICLE?

The nearest carpark is Bayfront Plaza Carpark (enter via Marina Boulevard). You will have to walk towards Bayfront Plaza to get to our venue. Once at Bayfront Plaza, follow the signs to Floral Fantasy. Continue heading straight and walk past Floral Fantasy before turning right to its ticketing counter.
