About the Programme/Event:

The onset of Covid has resulted in many changes and adaptations, one of which was the switch to working-from-home. This has resulted in an increase in screen-time where almost everything is done on a screen. Meetings are conducted via Zoom and people are sending emails instead of speaking to co-workers. With fewer visual breaks, how can we take better care of our eyes?

This talk addresses common eye conditions such as floaters and other causes of blurring of vision, as well as eye-related symptoms that may arise from spending long hours on screens. Our speakers will also provide recommendations to relieve your symptoms and address some of the concerns that you may have in relation to eye-care.

This programme is held in collaboration with Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC).
