Event description

Description

Many startups are struggling with hiring, training and retaining the "Millennials".

Common questions/challenges are:

  • Can we change our thinking slightly or do we need to overhaul our business?
  • Is Culture more important than payroll?
  • How can we create more engagement?
  • How can we restructure (not necessarily increase) compensation, and other benefits to create more value?
  • How should we help map growth for the young professionals to make sure they keep learning and advancing in their role?

In this panel discussion, we'll open up a dialogue to discuss the facts, the myths and how we can adapt our businesses to accommodate this growing workforce.
