About the Programme/Event

Ever wondered what are the types of foods you have in your pantry and refrigerator? While we are constantly spoilt with the food choices available in Singapore, selecting the right types of foods for individuals with various diet concerns can be difficult especially if we do not know purchase the right items! Knowing what foods go into our body is crucial as it affects our health and well-being.

This session aims to debunk health myths and help you make wise informed choices when revamping your pantry/fridge needs, focusing on a few popular diets (plant-based, for people who are managing their weights, and for people with chronic 3 highs conditions).
