Description

Overview

The personal data protection law came into effect in 2014. Since then, many have been fined for getting the obligations wrong. If you are starting an online or small business, or organising interest groups or events, how do you determine whether personal data obligations apply to you? When facilitating training, what are good practices for handling the attendance or list with learners’ personal data? Can you as the trainer, take photographs of the class or any learner?During the workshop, you will analyse actual cases enforced by the PDPC against tuition centres, universities, agents, as well as, compare sample clauses.
