Join us for a day of fun creating these cute Taiwanese Pineapple Cakes. Impress your family and friends with these personalised gifts in coming Chinese New Year. Knowledge and skills learnt will be able to “transform” to any designs you desire throughout the year.
Course Outline:
- Introduction to key ingredients
- Correct mixing technique
- Prepare coloured dough
- Shaping characters using free style or mould application
- Baking and proper storage
- Trouble shoot & fix creations

- 8 square ring and 1 pineapple pressor
- 8 self-decorated pineapple cakes in a decorative box.
