1) Click on the Select a Date to Select Time Slot

2) Fill in the details and wait for confirmation email

3) Print out the confirmation email and come to centre on Time and Date stated on the email.

Take note that, MYSEJAHTERA will not be updated until you come on site on the vaccination day. If you get an appointment at other PPV or Clinic, you can choose to go to either one.
