About this event
What is progression?
It’s the process of moving GRADUALLY towards more advanced movements. This is where things get real and fun. In our Progression session, you will gradually learn some of our training methodology:
- Cardiovascular Endurance
- Stamina
- Agility
- Power
- Balance
- Safety
- Confidence
What's included in Progression Paddling V2?
- SUP Progression techniques
- Core workout
- Surprise workout from Coach Hardi
Once you are able to accomplish these, rest assured that you are well prepared for what Mother Nature is going to bring to you and you will enjoy paddling even more. You are then welcome to join to our regular East Coast Training sessions after you have completed the Progression Paddling session.
Requirement:
- 16 years old and above
- Must have successfully completed SUP Starter or SUP Beginner course
