About the trainer

James Crawford, Executive Director, Valuation & Advisory Services, International Valuations, Asia – CBRE

James has over 15 years of experience valuing property within the Asia Pacific region, including 10 years based in Singapore. He holds the position of Executive Director within the Valuation & Advisory Services team which is based in Singapore and he also oversees Institutional Valuations in Asia for key regional clients.

James’ experience principally covers valuation and advisory services for listed and unlisted funds as well as real estate operating companies and financial institutions within Singapore and key regional markets. His scope of experience also extends to investment advisory for institutional investors seeking third party support for complex transactions.
