About the Programme
Did you know that one in two older Singaporean adults do not consume enough protein daily? Studies have shown that when an older adult does not eat enough protein foods, they may find themselves becoming weak, which could increase their risk of falls.
In this talk, we will be discussing what protein is, its importance, and the recommended amount to consume daily for healthy ageing. We will share various healthy protein-rich food sources and recipes that you can try at home! We will also provide shopping and cooking tips that you can incorporate into your daily routines.
