About this event

We know that common traits of a healthy culture include collaboration, a sense of belonging and inclusion, opportunities for personal growth, innovation and trust. People are motivated by a sense of meaning and purpose. But how do we cultivate this in reality?

This event will focus on Purpose-led Cultures – Aspirations and Reality, exploring how we can bring purpose-led, healthy human systems to life, while acknowledging and working through real-life challenges. Join us to explore new paradigms through an experiential workshop-style session and fireside chat with our panel of thought leaders, already on their purpose journey:

  • Maria Giovanna Vianello, Group Organisational Development Lead, Novartis
  • Eugene Lam, Senior HR Director, APAC, Danaher DentalCo Platform

Workplace Culture – Aspirations and Reality is the third in our series of events, The Purpose Journey. The organisations that will survive and thrive in the next 20 years will be purpose-led, existing for the good of all society. They will provide products and services that are relevant in a changing world and benefit consumers, employees, shareholders and all of society. Their leaders will be even more conscious and courageous in their actions, leading with humility and care, and driving innovation and growth.

We hope you can join us for this exclusive event and journey towards making purpose matter for you and your organisation.
