Three decades of breath and insight meditation have lead me to develop my version of Qigong incorporating mindfulness in it.
About this Event
Mind and body are interconnected. For those who want to exercise the body and at the same time, train the mind. With the emphasis on the breath helps unblock the chi furthermore bring awareness to the body's posture.
The focus on the breath trains the mind to return to the present moment awareness that bring comfort to the mind and body.
