Quiche, a French tart consisting of pastry crust (Pate Brisee) is filled with savoury custard and pieces of cheese, meat, seafood or vegetables. We can create delicious dessert like Galette using the same pastry crust.

The key for this bake is mastering the pie dough. Once you’ve managed to master the dough making, the sky’s is the limit to creating delicious sweet or savoury bakes.
