A safe place for professionals to reframe their challenges and rebuild for personal transformation in a period of 3 months.

In the last few months, we have had grave realities

Besides avoiding the realities or maintaining a positive attitude, I am offering another perspective : reframe and rebuild. For example, reframe the current situation and move forward by building on existing strengths.

Part A : Reframe

Before reframe the current situation, we need to be aware where we are, e.g. bias, limiting belief. To know our saboteurs, try the Saboteur Test. To reframe the current situation, we leverage on sage powers. In the 6-week Positive Intelligence (PQ) program, we develop on these muscles

1. Saboteurs Interceptor Muscle

You saboteurs generate all your negative emotions. Mental fitness requires the ability to intercept and discredit the saboteurs.

2. Sage Muscle

Your sage is the one in you that handles challenges with a clear and calm mind, and positive emotions. There are 5 primary sage powers: Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate.

3. Self-Command Muscle

With this muscle, you can experience full command of your mind easier and in a shorter time.

  • Watch weekly videos
  • Attend weekly Zoom pod meetings
  • Participate in daily challenges and practices

Part B : Rebuild

After reframing, you will choose ONE area for rebuilding (see applications of PQ program). We will have three (3) 60-min coaching conversations on the area for rebuilding. These coaching conversations happen within 6 weeks after the PQ program. Exact dates for the sessions are determined after discussion with the coach.

Outcomes of the Reframe and Rebuild :

  • Better understanding of self, e.g. bias, limiting belief, strength
  • Practices and support to develop your mental fitness
  • Transformation in one area of your choice

Schedule for Part A:

Program #1 : 16:30pm to 17:30pm Oct 2 - Nov 16 2021 (Six weekly Monday sessions)

Program #2 : 16:30pm to 17:30pm Nov 20 2021 - Jan 4 2022 (Six weekly Monday sessions)

Language : English only

Min participants per program : 2

Max participants per program : 5

Prerequisites for participants

  • Stable Internet connection.
  • Have access to a tablet or desktop. Using other devices is not recommended.
  • Your webcam and mic are working with Zoom.
  • Able to commit to 3 to 5 hours per week for 12 weeks on activities related to the Reframe and Rebuild program.
  • No cancellation after payment. Transfer of your ticket to another participant before starting of the program is allowed.

The facilitator is Wan, certified transformational coach and practitioner of Positive Intelligence.
