Description

It is not always easy to respond effectively to friends, loved ones, or even strangers who are suffering from mental health issues. Proper support and encouragement are important for recovery and help those with such issues cope better.


This workship will provide useful tips on communication, care, and support for interacting with persons with mental health issues. You will have an opportunity to learn how to deal with issues like self-harm, depression and anxiety.


This workshop is for youths and adults above the age of 16 who wants to learn the basics of helping a person who may be experiencing a mental health related problem.
