Notice is hereby given that the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the 

River Valley High Parent-Teacher Association will be held on:

Time: 9.30am – 10.45am

The Agenda is as follows:

1. Address by the PTA Chairperson (主席致辞) 
2. To confirm the Minutes of the 31st AGM held on 11th July 2020 (通过2020年会议记录)
3. Treasurer’s report as at 31st December 2020 (2020年财政报告)
4. To receive and to approve the audited Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2020 (通过2020年财政报告)
5. Continuation of 32nd EXCO members and introduction of the newly elected Key Bearers (连任执委与介绍新任32nd主席团)
6. Address by School Principal Mrs Teo(张校长致辞) 
7. Any other business (其他事项）
• Recruitment of New EXCO members

Members who wish to attend the virtual AGM are required to pre-register your attendance (Link). Only the first 150 who register by 21st Feb will be provided with a zoom link to access the meeting. Please take note that each family should only register ONE ticket.
