About some of the Sakes to be tasted

Born Chogin is an aged Junmai Daiginjo one of the top bottles from one of the most famous breweries in Japan. It is polished to a low degree and is aged for more than 5 years.

Senkin Urara Junmai Daiginjo is an ultra low polished sake, and won the No1 Trophy for best ultra-premium sake in Sake Competition 2018. It is super smooth with deep developed flavours.

Toko Junmai Daiginjo Shizuku is from a great brewery in one of the most famous sake regions, Yamagata. It is big and juicy on the palette and finishes deep, long and elegant.

Adrian Goh is a Sake Distributor, Sommelier and Educator based in Singapore. He is a director in Sake Specialist Company, Inter Rice Asia. He has been judging sake for the International Wine Challenge for the last 3 years.
