About the Programme
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is home to the largest overseas Singaporean population in the Middle East. It is also Singapore’s 16th largest trading partner, with bilateral trade valued at $18.1 billion in 2018. While the two countries might seem worlds apart, they are actually more similar than one might think. What draws many Singaporeans to the UAE and what opportunities does it hold for Singaporeans?
