*SCAPE Street Dance Intensives: Choreography with

Are you a choreographer/dancer looking to challenge yourself? Work on your choreography skills with Girin Jang from Korea. Girin will be choreographing a performance for selected attendees to perform. Learn how dancers overseas hone their craft and capture audiences.

As part of the workshop, Girin Jang will be choreographing performances for selected attendees from the intensives workshop to perform on 14 January 2023 as part of comma, a festival to celebrate our youth talents.

About Girin Jang:

Girin Jang has trained and choreographed multiple Korean Groups she has. To name a few, she has choreographed for Luna (Do You Love Me) and f(x) (Diamond), trained dancers in JYP, Chae Ryeong (ITZY), LE SSERAFIM (KAZUHA) and taught at Kinjaz Dojo (L.A. USA), En Dance Studio (Tokyo, Japan) and many more. She has more than five years of experience in Training and Choreography.

Schedule, each day 7 pm to 10 pm:

Day 3: Choreography 3

Day 4: Choreography 4 + selection of performers for 14 Jan!

As part of the programme this year, participants are also given the opportunity to perform Girin's Choreography for a Showcase in early January. Do select when you sign up if you would like to be a Choreography Leader or the Dance Performer. So do mingle around during class and get to know one another as you may be performing together!

After day 4 the selected participants who are performing will pick which choreography they would like to perform for performance day,14 Jan.
