Description

As part of the Singapore Bicentennial celebration, Singapore Indian Theatre & Film Explorers (SITFE), a non-profit organisation, will be staging a cross-disciplinary production of historical fiction genre, titled, SEA OF CLOTH - The Journey of Sari to Singapore, on 19th October 2019 (2pm & 7pm) at the National Museum of Singapore (NMS) - The Salon. This production is also staged for NMS's Lighter Side of History in conjunction with Deepavali celebrations.

This 80-min production will unearth the beauty of sari and its impact on Singapore’s history, her landscape, identity, cultures and even trade.

NOTE TO STUDENTS: If you are purchasing the tickets with the student code (STUDENTSOC) please remember to bring your student card for verification. In an event you are unable to produce a valid identification, you would be required to top up the cost of the ticket by $4/ticket inorder to attend the event.

There will not be any refund of tickets.
