Self-care sound bath for you & your dog!
Event Information
Description
SELF CARE SOUND BATH FOR YOU & YOUR DOG - A relaxation space for furkids and humans
Sound therapy can have a profound impact on our well-being, and that of our companion
animals as well. Animals react intuitively to sound healing, and they often stretch out into a
deep slumber. Their experiences can be even more profound than humans because animals
have the capacity to hear more octaves and tones than humans.
Sound Healing can help with pain issues, locked in trauma and behavioural issues or just
add to wellbeing and quality of life. It can also calm your body, mind and soul and deepen your
connection with your dog, reducing stress and create a deep sense of peace and well-being
for both humans and animals.
So come join a soothing Gong bath with your dog, sharing a mutually beneficial and healing
experience together!
WHAT WE WILL BE DOING:
We shall start with dog and human introduction cum interaction exercise, allowing everyone
to mingle, sniff around a little and get to know one another. Once we everyone is settled in
safely and comfortably, Wendy will then lead us into a soothing journey with sound therapy.
GUIDELINES FOR BRINGING YOUR DOG:
- The venue is dog-friendly to well socialised, quiet dogs and dogs who are public place toilet
trained. Do note that you must be able to maintain control of your dog at all times. Should your dog
be out of control or express aggressiveness towards humans or other dogs, you may be
asked to forfeit and leave the session. You know your dog best. If your dog struggles in group settings or public places to remain calm, quiet and friendly with humans and other dogs; then please use your discretion and only bring your dog if it is something you think they will enjoy and/or benefit from.
- Dogs who attend events must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and must be free from flea
or tick or any other infectious health issues.
- For the comfort of all participants, you are fully responsible for cleaning up after your dog. Dogs are recommended to wear a belly band if prone to wetting indoor. Dogs must only go on the grey yoga floor area.
- Make sure you arrive on time to allow you and your dog time to settle. A walk around the perimeter of the designated room usually helps dogs to settle quicker and allowing them (if appropriate) to say hello to fellow
dogs and humans in the group.
