About the Programme
Kombucha is currently a trending drink but did you know it is made through the age-old process of fermentation? If you are curious to find out more, come to this personal sharing by a home-brewing librarian! Find out about what kombucha is and get tips on how you can make it yourself at home. DIY Kombucha will appeal to those who enjoy experimenting with flavours or simply want the health benefits of a fermented drink at a lower cost. You will also get to meet a real-life SCOBY (gross factor alert 😊)!
Please note: This session will not involve an actual demo or hands-on workshop. But you will get to learn the basic steps for making kombucha!
