Introducing 37 instructors who have stepped forward to give back to our community on 12 December 2020. A BIG THANK YOU TO THEM. 🌈❤️❤️ We are looking at how we can involve more instructors as the response was overwhelming!

These instructors will be leading participants through 12 hours of non-stop workout from 12 fitness programmes. There will definitely be one that you want to join and we will bring it to wherever you are! Fitness Everywhere, Anywhere!

All sessions will be FREE but we do hope that you can donate to one or both of the causes that we have adopted this year:
